For cancer prevention and management, Dr. Sinha said this can translate into sticking to a low-carb diet (cancer cells love glucose), being physically active (they don’t like oxygen), keeping stress levels down (they like an immunosuppressive state), and getting enough sleep (they don’t like melatonin).
